Food Truck Vendor

  • Vendor will be assigned 20X10 space  next to Main Stage

  • Must provide all equipment needed for the set-up

  • Copy of original certificate of insurance.

  • Copy of temporary retail food/sales license

  • Fire permit form (if cooking with open flame)

Food Vendor

$800

  • Vendor will be assigned 10 X10 space

  • Must provide all equipment needed for the set-up

  • Copy of original certificate of insurance.

  • Copy of temporary retail food/sales license

  • Fire permit form (if cooking with open flame)

Merchant Vendor

$600

  • Vendor will be assigned 10 X10 space

  • Must provide all equipment needed for the set-up

  • Copy of original certificate of insurance.

  • Copy of temporary retail food/sales license

Arts & Crafts Vendor

$350

  • Vendor will be assigned 10 X10 space

  • Must provide all equipment needed for the set-up

  • Copy of original certificate of insurance

  • Copy of temporary retail food/sales license

Local Non-Profit Vendor

$250

  • Vendor will be assigned 10 X10 space

  • Must provide all equipment needed for the set-up

  • Copy of original certificate of insurance 

  • Copy of temporary retail food/sales license 

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Vendors Retain 100% of Revenue from Sales

Cleanup and removal of all equipment must be completed by 10 PM on the day of the event. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. If payment is not made within 30 days of the event, reserved space will be revoked.
